ElderSpirit Community is an intentional, participatory cohousing community for adults 55+ that emphasizes mutual support, late‑life spirituality, and active aging. There are currently no homes for sale or apartments formally listed on the community website; when homes do sell, recent sale prices have generally been in the $200,000–$250,000 range and owners pay modest monthly maintenance fees (about $195 to the Development Corporation plus $10 to the Owners Association).
